Angle Play

Angle Play Intermediate $45 + book + ruler

This class will explore Margaret Miller’s book “Angle Play Blocks” . Learn to precisely piece half-rectangle triangles to make stunning blocks and quilts with pizzazz. We will also explore design concepts as the quilts evolve and merge.

Supply List:

Minimum of 1/2 yd. cuts of a background and 2 values of 3 different colors. This is a great way to use your stash. Also bring any exciting fabrics you would like to incorporate into your quilt.

Supply Requirements:
Angle Play Acrylic Templates or trace your own from the book
Graph paper and pencil/eraser
Colored pencils
Rotating cutting mat
Rotary cutter and acrylic rulers (at least a 6×12 and square)
Fine pins
Sewing machine in good working order, cleaned and oiled
Basic sewing supplies (pins, seam ripper, scissors, etc.)
Neutral thread
Portable design wall/fabric panel (for class 2)
